    Preview Program Broke My Xbox


    I need to be manually removed from the program as the latest update had sent corrupt data to my console and I am unable to get display, my xbox displays every 6 hours after being off when on I can get on to the app to remove my self, of factory reset, so
    could I please have help with removing myself from the program.

    The NXOE broke my Xbox and the preview program group where I should post my problems can't be found, help!!!

    anyone read this? anyone have any ideas on how I can 1- get access to the preview forums

    2- get my system off the green screen

    3- opt out of the preview program so that this does not happen again

    4- or get xbox to replace my console because they broke it?

    Fixed it.

    Seems a preview update broke it. I saw an update happened about 10 minutes after I stopped playing and went to bed.

    I unregistered out of the preview program, cleared the cache and then I reset my Xbox to factory (keeping apps and games).

    I can now play Overwatch again.

    I would also add to my previous post.

    If you believe the preview program / update broke your console and you talked to technical support via phone, online chat and they believe it as well the preview programs terms and conditions state that if the console broke down and the cause was the preview
    update then they will repair the console free of charge.

    So it's best to contact the customer support and see what they can do.

    I need help also. I became a preview member on xbox one last year, and then my xbox broke. So i bought a new one and i cant get back into the program because it says that the console is registered to a different account. So i contacted xbox support and they
    told me to come here and possibly an ambassador can help me.
