Preview Program Billing issue

Ask customer to try a payment option that matches the store region or change the store region to match the region that issued the payment option.

My console shows that I am in the United states and my billing address and everything is also in the united states my bank is Also here in the united states Everything is correct but I still keep getting the same issue. I get the error

pure risk rejected-Cross region

I think something is wrong with my x1

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

 

Preview Program Issue

Hey I received the original message from Xbox Live to join the preview program, but I was in a hurry and just downloaded the app but didn't register. Now when I go back to the app to register, it's says the app is only available to members of the program
and the only option is to exit the app. So what happens now? I can't access it now just because I couldn't register initially?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Do you have another console you can attempt to purchase something on? And can you make purchases on the Xbox.com store on the web? If you are still receiving errors when purchasing (error codes look like XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000),
please provide those codes to us so we can narrow down the issue further.

pure risk rejected-Cross region is all i get and it says try another way to pay . EVERYTHING IS PERFECT I TALKED TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND HE SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE ! i literally cant purshace nothing on a difrrent xbox either it tells me the same thing
. And its after i got this dumb update

Really sorry to hear about the trouble still. To clarify, are you using a cross-region account? If that's the case, I recommend moving your account to the correct region, as cross-region accounts are not supported and may cause some trouble. Thanks for your

I got the same problem here in Germany.

Everything was fine and my credit card (American Express) worked ever since. Until today when I made an update. I guess it's was an update from the preview program.

Now every time I want to buy something in the store I get the message:

"pure risk rejected-Cross region"

I would be glad if someone could help me with that problem.

I'm afraid that cross-region accounts and payment methods aren't supported and may cause trouble when trying to purchase content. Unfortunately, if Xbox Live isn't available in your region we aren't able to offer an alternative. We're always looking to expand
Xbox Live to more countries, definitely keep an eye out

 

Same problem as riffraff76 here. Also germany and american eXpress. Worked before without any problem.

 

I LIVE IN THE USA AND EVERYTHING HERE IS ALL UNITED STATES . MY REGION MY BANK CARD IS UNITES STATES MY XBOX I SET UNITED STATES ALSO
