    Preview Program Bans


    I think I have been banned from the preview program. The only infraction I have is from 2011 when someone reported my profile as offensive - which it was not - and I got a 3 day ban and told to change my profile motto. Any help would be appreciated

    Preview program ban?

    I was suspended a while back due to a family member changing my motto and getting reported. I've heard that if you've ever been banned you lose access. I had access from January up until two weeks ago. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi there,

    I've seen a few cases where people have been banned from the preview program, and all of them have been because of previous account enforcement actions.

    This is most likely the cause of your ban from the program.

    That's all well and good, however I have been a XBL member for 6+ years now and that ban was some kid who got mad at me for winning a round of COD almost 5 years ago now. As I said the content wasn't even offensive! Seems kinda harsh if you ask me. That's
    the only enforcement action I have ever had with this account to boot.
