    Preview Program App.


    Hello Support,

    My console was recently send to repair, came back today so i plugged in and installed everything.

    Started the Preview dashboard app and i noticed my Level 14/15 also Points are gone?? want them back doin this since release!!!

    I also managed to enroll my Console please cancel my enrollment didnt want to.

    i got in onthe xb1 preview program

    I looked in the app again last night and under Quest I think it was, I found something to do and answered some questions.

    Smartglass beta

    The beta app coincides with the preview program, so if you don't use it and instead use the normal app, you won't be able to use the features in the current preview update that work with smartglass.

    It will correct its self usually within 24 hours, As FearedNightmare suggests is always the best.

    New Xbox One S and Xbox Preview Program lost?

    In the Preview App, which you should be able to download through the Marketplace when your Gamertag that is listed in the Preview Program is signed in. From there, within the preview App, you should be able to register your console for approval for entry
    into the Preview Program and invite friends to join the program.

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

    There is no Preview Program tab on the XB1 dashboard. There is a Preview Program app with quests, surveys, and other important info available though.

    Xbox Controller Randomly Disconnects

    If you're in the preview program simply reformatting the console won't work. You'll need to go to the preview app and remove the console from the program.
