Preview Program App not downloading

Hey there, I am in the Xbox One Preview Program and i was noticing that i was not getting updates early and on top of that I did not have the Preview App.I was told that i was suppose to get a service link in my messages and that never happened. Can someone
please help

I'm in the dashboard preview program for future updates and I got a message to download this...this is a pic from my phone...couldnt find any info on it...the info is all in this app,lol...Click to expand... Oooooh, lol Okay. That's awesome! How do you get into the dashboard preview program??

Yes i even contacted the support and they confirmed i was and then they sent me here

I dont know why but i never got the link to download the app at all

You'd be better off posting in the xbox one support forums

That way an official support staff member can forward your issue to the right people.

Well I contacted the support again and they said something went wrong with my invite to the preview program and that i need to be re-invited to it, so do one of you guys mind re inviting me?I would really appreciate it

*I was also told i couldnt be in that forums group since its private and i didnt accept it, I think the message was deleted on an accident

Messages auto delete on Xbox after 30 days of it sitting in your inbox. There is more than likely someone on your friend's list that can shoot you another invite to the program.

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

In the Preview App, which you should be able to download through the Marketplace when your Gamertag that is listed in the Preview Program is signed in. From there, within the preview App, you should be able to register your console for approval for entry
into the Preview Program and invite friends to join the program.

there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.

You don't accept an invite into the preview program.

Have you downloaded the app?

If so then you will have to wait until the preview dash beta has finished which is sometime in November.

If you haven't downloaded the app then you'll have a long wait as the preview program is full at the moment.
