Preview Program App just displays "Thanks for Joining" message, and has for months ...

I haven't had any preview updates. Trying to get on the Preview Forums just says "Group not found". I've tried hard reloading my xbox, unplugging all cables and hard reloading it that way, and still nothing other than "Thanks for joining. You'll get a service
message soon" when I go on the app. Please help.

Sorry you're having issues with the preview program. As you're getting group not found a moderator will need to get you access to that site. Normally it takes a day or so. Below is a link you can use to access those forums.

Good afternoon! You may have to way until you receive a message from Xbox LIVE regarding you entrance to the Preview Program. Have you gotten a message before, and are there other profiles on your console that are in the Preview?

 

There isn't anyone else on my console that is in the preview program, no. But I've been receiving invites since the start of the year.

I've never received a message either.

 

I am a preview member and did not get a message to download the preview app who do i contact for the link
