Preview Program App Issues

I was part of the Preview Program on my previous XBOX One, I purchased a new console a few months ago and I can't seem to find how to re-download the Preview Program app anywhere on the dashboard. I even received the recent message in my inbox about the
newest community calendar for Preview member so it knows I am a part of the program most likely linked to my gamer tag, but I can't seem to download the app for this new console I got. Calling support was no help, anyone here able to help?

Since you are a member of the Xbox One Preview Program, please post all preview related issues over in our Preview Program forums. Also, be sure to report any issues you find
using the Feedback app on your Xbox One console.

The preview program is not only user but also console specific, unless I am mistaken. You may want to post this in the preview support forums. No one in this forum is going to be able to do anything to render your issue in the end.

Look in your 'ready to install' apps. The preview dashboard should be there. Just re-download that app, register this console and you'll get rolled back in the next time an update rolls out.

If your console is in the Insider Preview program, there was a mention in the "known issues", that the console sometimes fails to start up from hibernation.

If you are in the Preview Program, and that happens, restart the console and then file feedback that you have that problem.

If your console is not in the Preview Program, download the Xbox Insider App, and then use the app to file feedback that you also have that issue.

Many thanks for that. I will give that a try. I actually managed to find the correct forum and posted there. It was only because the support pages redirected me here automatically that I posted here.

I had the same problem myself. I simply deleted the app and reinstalled it from the Ready to Install list.
