    hi i am having trouble downloading the preview program i am a member ive had it on a different console but i got a new console and i registered it but i have not received my message and its been over 2 weeks and i know it takes a couple of days to come but
    i would really like the preview app back

    If you're in the Xbox One preview program and are running the latest Anniversary preview build, it's best to report the issue using the feedback app. Once you have reported the issue, please be sure to visit the Preview

    Can't play Kameo

    Kameo is only playable on the Xbox One if you're part of the Preview program. If you are part of the Preview program please read the announcement in the Preview program app or by clicking the embedded link as some titles require a new install due too changes.

    If however you've followed the steps in the preview announcement please make a post over in the Preview forums instead or report the bug through your console
