    [Preview problem] I can't receive invitations from friends sign at the service Xbox Preview


    I have a second hand xbox one (first edition) and my console is already sign on the Xbox Dashboard Preview with another account. I want my profile sign in too, but I can't receive invitation from friends already in the service of Preview. What I have to
    do? Can someone help me?

    Not Recieving Preview Invite

    I have an Xbox one console, and I want to become a preview customer so my friend invited me to said program several times, however I still haven't receive the preview invitation from you so I can become an official member of the program?

    The Preview was full but your friend who is in the Preview can post in the Preview forums and ask if you can be invited but if it's full they won't add others until those who were invited prior get in or decline.

    The above is assuming you are not in the Oreview and only have the Dashboard app from a friend.

    IF your profile has access to the Preview dashboard then all you need to do is go in the app on the console and register....and then wait days or weeks until you're added.

    Be sure to review any emails and sign the agreements if you are invited.

    Access to the preview is by gamertag.

    Getting the updates is tied to both the gamertag and the registered console ID. You can have more than one in the preview if you own them

    I have ever received the XBOX preview invitation message in smart glass, but can't found the message in my XBOX ONE message when I opened the XBOX ONE console. By the way,I encounter the same problem to access the XBOX preview forum "Group not found".

    If you mean the 360 preview then I wouldn't say it's uncommon but it is invite only at the moment.

    Unlike the xbox one preview program friends can't invite you to the 360 preview,only Microsoft.

    In order to acquire an invite to the Preview Program, you'll need to receive one from a friend. To find out more information, check out our support article on the

    What I would suggest is to post up in our Xbox One General Discussion forum, make some friends in there who are already participating in the preview program, and then hopefully receive an invite from them!
