preview: one won't connect online...

No way to submit this via the console... but since it's upgraded to windows 10. I have to disconnect and reconnect the console before it connects to live.

I know it's trial and error right now

All BC titles on Xbox One won't connect to Live

I am on whatever preview build is up. Current Xbox One games all connect fine, but even offline games on BC won't connect (BioShock Infinite, etc.).

Xbox Preview Update Error. Won't connect Xbox one online.

Hi everyone, so as of yesterday my Xbox console was unable to login to Xbox live due to one of the insider program updates. The console is in an offline type mode where all I can see is the main dashboard with the option to only scroll up and down. If I
try moving to the left side menu, or move to, "connect to Xbox live" the screen will dim out and stay that way until an error message (0x80070102) comes out. Since I can't report the problem on the console, ive come here to have preview members be aware of
the problem. I've also done the troubleshooting the error code asked. The hard reset just puts me back in the same state the console has been in.

Hey mate,

Please direct any preview program queries or issues through to the preview program support forum, which I have linked for you below

Also, to report a problem through the console when in the preview program, simply hold the xbox button down on the controller until the menu pops up, and there should be a 'report problem' option or something similar

Now my xbox one won't connect at all to GTA online. But my 360 is fine and working. The NAT is open now.

I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!

these steps to see if an offline update helps you get past that issue. Post back and let us know!
