preview Member?

The xbox chat person said the following:\

Okay, from there, please select the 'Create a new post' and write about the issue of the error code you're getting and your account being preview member and ask about the update needed as you're only seeing the 'something went wrong' page.

I am receiving a 0x800703f9 error. I do not believe I am a preview member.

Then the xbox chat person said:

Within 24 hours or less, you should be able to receive a confirmation and instructions from our support for Insiders to help you with the update needed. I have detailed everything under this reference number 1380894173

Please help.

Apologies for any confusion! The Preview Forums are a different part of the forums, but to check, when are you getting that particular error code?

 

When i do the initial boot up. I cant do anything. the message come up and if I hit the close button, it just flickers like it switched pages, but the same message comes up. this is what the error message says.

Thanks for the details. If you press the Xbox button on your controller, are you able to bring up the Guide at all? If so, are you able to visit settings and disconnect from Xbox Live?
