Preview member, Xbox won't take latest update 6.2.13

Im a Xbox preview member, my Xbox want take the latest update version 6.2.13. Now I cant play online cause it want take update

How do you watch TV on Smartglass?

Pretty sure it's available to do with the latest update for preview members.

 

Xbox one won't turn on.... Power brick is in orange status...

try to power cycle the machine to see if that will work.

 

As I mentioned I can't post there because it keeps showing group not found. Programer4life13 never notified me if I was granted access. I have power cycled my Xbox one and I have tried to upload a older version with a flash drive from the Xbox support website
"Diagnostic tool". The update is keeping me from using my Xbox one cause of the preview update.

 

There is an option to reset your console to factory settings on the diagnostic tool page. I would try that next.

Yeah but why would I want to reset my Xbox one to its factory settings. This update messed up my Xbox one, has there been others having the same issue. No fix for it on the side Xbox preview team?
