    Preview Member unable to access Preview forums


    Hi,

    I'm a preview member and I need to access the Preview forums, but cannot as the 'Group' cannot be found when I follow any links sent by Xbox support staff. Can Admins please help?

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums

    You now have the proper roles! Go ahead and access the same forum you tried before and you should be good to go! :)
