    Preview member unable to access forum.


    As the title suggests, i am in the Xbox One Preview program. I have been for a little over a month now, and still cannot access that section of the forum.

    When I do I get

    Group Not Found
    The requested Group cannot be found.

    I am a member of the preview program but I am unable to access the private preview forums.

    I am unable to access the Xbox Preview Forums even though I am a preview member. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks.

    You now have the proper roles! Go ahead and access the same forum you tried before and you should be good to go! Preview member unable to access forum. :)

    Using the new xb1 UI

    If it says "Group not found" then you need to create a new post stating that you are a member of the preview program but that you're unable to access the private preview forums. An Xbox support agent will then grant you access to those forums
