    You will either have to get a friend that is in the program to invite you or go and post here forums.xbox.com/.../1994482.aspx Remember just because
    you are invited does not mean that you will be accepted. The program run near or at capacity most of the time.

    Currently it is not possible to invite anyone to the program due to overwhelming response and limited space. Xbox Insider Program FAQ

    invites to the preview program generally are not given out on the forums. These invitations are sent out by gamers already participating in the program. The best method to get invited to the preview program is to ask members on your friends list. There are
    quite a few preview folks and it's likely one of your friends is a member that can send you an invite.

    ^^ The new update is public now so the latest preview is over.

    I suspect the op is getting confused with the preview program & game preview.

    You do not need to be in the preview program to access the game preview section,thats open to everyone.
