    Hey I contacted Xbox support to see if I was still a preview member. I am still one from the 360. They told me to come here and ask why I cannot download the app. Please help me out

    Preview Member Help?

    On my Original Xbox One I was a preview member and I recently got the Elite bundle. I had traded my old Xbox towards it.

    However the Preview member app isn't up to download, nor is it on my pins. Some games and apps for some reason didn't transfer as pinned items.

    How can I re-download the preview member app since it isn't located in the app store?

    customer service is telling me i need a link for an invite to the beta forum, even though Im already a beta tester

    I've been a preview member for months. Everything thinks I'm a preview member the app on the Xbox does, my account info shows it. The forums DB refuses to believe it.
