    Ive got the preview app, completed surveys and feedback, even joined the photos preview but randomly my console shows as pending preview but only in the last week?? Any ideas.

    Check disc error

    if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. If you're in the Preview Program and having an issues with a preview update, I would suggest reposting this thread in the preview forums here. The folks over there would be the best ones to assist with Preview
    issues.

    Look at the top of the page.It should say Xbox Insiders,thats where the preview/insider forums are.

    Update Preview Forums. Please post up your issue in those forums so that the preview team can assist you further.

    Please let us know if you can't access those forums still. We'll see if we can get that sorted. :)

    You can't post reference numbers on the forums,besides,no one here will know what the number is for as it's for phone/chat support only.

    You need to post what issues you would like help with in as much detail as possible.
