Preview issues

At first, I got taken out of my game and kicked off the Xbox live party the message said that I have run out of Xbox live gold so when I went to put some more on my card it said I had one too many accounts linked to it. So I bought a 12 month code online
I've tried typing that in and it said that something has gone wrong. I went to reset my Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, turned it back on to find I now couldn't access my games or YouTube or messages. I looked on the Internet and someone
recommended uninstalling my account from the Xbox,turning the Xbox off, unplugging it, leave it for five minutes, then turn back on and sign in again. Now it won't even let me sign into my account. I've tried changing the password but that doesn't seem to
help. when it tells me to sign in I click on my gamertag only for it to put me back to the sign in screen. Please help as I really don't want to make a new account as I have so many games put on that account and all my levels as well. That I can't lose.

Check disc error

if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

Sorry you're having issues with your console. If you're in the Preview Program and having an issues with a preview update, I would suggest reposting this thread in the preview forums here. The folks over there would be the best ones to assist with Preview
issues.
