Preview Issues

I have received several invites now from friends for the preview program over 2 months ago. I have been talking to xbox support online and they told me to send a message here. On their end it says I was invited but I couldn't accept the invitation for some
reason. They then told me to sign into the forum to get the update so I could get the link on my console which I did but I never got the link. Then they gave me a link to the Xbox Early Access Forum, but when I click it, it says Group Not Found so I don't
know what is going on with my invite.

Check disc error

if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

Sorry you're having issues with your console. If you're in the Preview Program and having an issues with a preview update, I would suggest reposting this thread in the preview forums here. The folks over there would be the best ones to assist with Preview
issues.

 

Sorry to hear it. An invitation does not necessarily guarantee access to the preview program. Also, the preview program is currently at capacity and they are not accepting new people at the moment. This is probably why you have not received an invitation.

If your friends have invited you though and support can see the invitation on their end that means your still in the queue for a future date. Please be patient and keep an eye on your Live messages for more information.

 

Also if you had recent enforcement action within a year you have to wait till 1 year after the expiry
