Preview issue

My brother recently invited me and i got the app installed. but a message saying "you'll get a service message soon" but its been 3 days and no message

Check disc error

if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

 

I think something is wrong with my x1

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

Please post this question in the link below. If you get group not found, please reply and a Mod will give you the access needed. Something to try, would be to turn off instant on, and change to energy saving mode. After that let it sit for a few hours to
a day, and restart. If it's downloaded the preview update, it will be applied on restart. If that doesn't work, like I said try posting in the forums below, as you'll get better support in that section.

When I click this link (Xbox One preview forum), it shows as not found. Am I missing something here? I am already apart of the preview program.
