having issues with getting my account re added on to my xbox one?

i already tried unplugging both routers and modems in my house and nothing happened

I already unplugged my external hard drives from my xbox and nothing

and I got my internet to work but I still can't get my account re added back into my xbox??

Need Help?

and I already called xbox support already

I'm having the same issue - I can't download any of the new add ons for sfxt except the free ones. I have been on the support chat and they think something is wrong with my account. I can download content for other games, can you? Is anyone else affected
or is there something wrong my mine an captain pyrons accounts.

Hi I was invited by my friend and downloaded the preview app but it says that my console is already registered to another account meaning I can't use it. My Xbox is preowned which explains the other account but on my Xbox system there is no trace of this
account. Can anyone help me and assist me in managing to register my account with the console in the preview problem thanks.

Well the beta patch preview did not fix this issue nor did the release from the other day. I updated my Xbox (controller too) and tried my tests again to find the same results. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? So far it is still not my ONE
entertainment device...
