    hi there guys&girls i have a slight problem with this preview program app called customer support and they said i am accepted or w/e it is and everything is all good on your side but on my xbox one i have no app or never saw a invitation message to the
    program can you help resolve this please.

    Support was incorrect. Invites are not given through the forums. You can try posting in this thread to see if someone will invite you -

    forums.xbox.com/.../1994482.aspx

    Keep in mind that being invited does not guarantee you will be accepted. And the program has been at capacity for several months so they are barely letting anyone else in.
