Preview home child account

Customer support told me to come here since they didn't have the resources to help. They said my account isn't a child account however I'm being told when I go to my privacy and online safety that it is a child's account. Please answer when you can and if
anything email me a way to change this problem thank you

Xbox 360 Preview Program Registration Issues

Can not preview my Xbox 360 preview .. My account is not set on child account so what else could be this problem

@op allso if your child has a child account he wont be able to participate in any betas or preview programs

Xbox One Privacy and Online Safety Settings here. It looks like you have been invited to the preview program but currently you have not been accepted so that should not be an issue for you. Try the troubleshooting above and post back to let me know how

My account isn't a child account at all. But it says I am. I can't change it myself
