hi,my name is Damarco gt:jetlifemarco4L and I received a code in a message about the xbox update preview program with a code .as I went to go enter in the code it told me the code I received was invalid and I soon came to realise mi xbox one had reset
and it kicked me out of the program..now the registration app is missing and I don't have the code anymore.ive tried several methods of trying to find the lost code but nothing had happened....the last thing I could think to do was contact a member of the
program and ask for another code if it's possible.

Hey there, jetlifemarco4L! This thread is pretty old. If you got a message with the code in it, but cannot find the app, please send a PM to Miss Portia.

Hey iTz,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
