    Preview Forums access


    Hi my name is Loris and I am part of the preview program on my xbox one. I am registered with either (mod edit) or (mod edit). I have a problem as I don't have access to the preview forums and when I try to access them I get a group not found error. The
    person on the Microsoft Support chat told me to post on this forum so that a person in the preview forum could invite me on the forum or send me a link to it.

    All right it's just the person on the chat told me to do that. She was not really accurate on what I should do.

    If you're seeing Group Not Found the link won't help, as that will lead to the very same page.

    I am making a request for you to be given forums access. I will update you when that has been done.

    In future, note that it is not advisable to post your email address on a public forum.

    Could you try using another web browser?

    Or at least log out of your current session in this one, clear the cache, close it and reopen then try again.
