    I have been sent hear also after speaking to xbox support.. I have a service request number or something it is [Mod Removed] if a admin or someone is here

    They've sent you to the wrong forum.

    No one here can grant you access,you need to post in the forum I linked above.

    Also,you are not allowed to post reference numbers on the forums,they are for phone/chat support only.

    Preview forum

    Hello Daft Badger. My brother has his console in the preview and says I can play some of his games.

    Where do I go to ask for help? I'm not in the preview program and if something is wrong who do I ask for help? I don't want to play if I can't get help if stuck.

    Hi there!

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
