    Same issue unable to view the forum for the preview program just returns "group not found"

    Hi folks,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so will try to sort you out your access/problems once they see your message.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

    WonderBoy180 we don't give out invites on the support forum, you can either ask a friend for an invite or try asking in the general discussion/community forums.

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
