    I am having an issue accessing the preview forums. I got my XBL invite almost a week ago and the console update a few days ago. I have a few issues with preview apps to post there and wanted to do it before I forget.

    Hi CoolDog! I'll post your name to the preview forums to get you access! Keep in mind, they are pretty swamped with new invitees, lost download codes, etc. and so they may be a little slower than the usual 2-3 business days getting your access enabled!

    Let me know if you get in, and I'll give you a heads-up if I hear anything!

    hi, i got the preview program update, but my account still says enrol pending, and i have no access to the preview forums and its been like it for a few days now.

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
