    Was invited more than 48 hours ago and never received message to download preview program app. Please help.

    Hey hoping someone can help me here. Long story short I deleted my message from xboxlive containing the code to download the preview program app. Now when my friend sends me invites I can't receive the message. It's been around a week and he's sent around
    4. Xbox support said post here and I really need help. Any help is much appreciated!

    Update Preview Forums. I was able to confirm you should have permissions for them. Please let us know if you run into further issues accessing them. Any preview related issues should be posted in there.

    Hi there!

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
