    If you can't access the preview forums, then just sit tight, and wait for an Office Support rep to see this thread and look at your account. If you're supposed to have preview forums, they'll give you that option.

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
