    Preview Forum


    I've been in the preview for over a month now and it still says "group not found" under my name. Any idea where I can go to get this resolved? I initially thought I just needed to wait for the system to authorize me but still no luck. On the 360 preview
    program there was a link to fill out a request for access but I can't find any such thing this time around. Any idea whom to contact? To clarify I DO have the preview updates on my consoles and do the quests and surveys that are available but would like to
    participate in the forum for more thorough feedback.

    Can i get a terms of use link for the preview program? apparently i am not fully in the program even though i accepted and installed the dashboard on my xbox one. Gt:

    Hi there!

    It can take up to 48 hours from the time you were accepted before you can access the Xbox Preview Program private forums.

    Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the correct account when accessing the forums.

    If this time has passed and you still cannot access the private forums, please make a new post here so that the team can look into it for you: forums.xbox.com/.../4585.aspx

    the main support team prowl these forums. When they spot your post they will verify you are in the preview program and manually sort your access out.

    There are loads of these requests at the mo so please be a bit patient! :)
