preview forum staff?

i was on live chat with an MS support person and he told me to post my gamertag and email here so you could complete my registration

We tried all troubleshooting and its been over 48 hours

i cant access to preview forums either says "this group doesnt exist" or something

in mind that the Program has been at capacity since November 2015 and the launch of Backwards Compatibility. The backlog for those trying to get into the Program is ridiculously long, so you will not be granted access immediately.

thats not my issue my issue is i have the dashboard app but its stuck on "thanks for joining" the Support guy kept information to help my case and said that the preview staff would fix it for me by "completing my registration"

 

Ok, I have gone ahead and flagged this for appropriate support.

 

what did i do? they guy did nothing wrong dont get him in trouble he was super bloody helpful...

all i want is help actually regeristing the preview me and the support guy did all we could he said that you guys gotta do the rest

 

All I did was put a note calling attention to Official Support. Don't forget these are community forums, so sometimes things slip through the cracks. Since you don't have access to the Preview forums, I'm drawing attention to it so they can find it here.

oh okay xD i though someone was going to get in trouble anyway the rundown was he said

-i have a preview badge on my account

-the troubleshooting didnt work

-come here and tell you guys

and he said you should have no issue fixing it because nothing he or I do can
