Hey BlackRose Kairi,

Is there another account on your Xbox One console that has the preview program tied to it? We were unable to verify that you are in the Xbox One preview program. If you would like to be invited, have a friend who is already in shoot you an invite!

Yes I share my console with my fiance Undead Seph, his account is tied to the preview program. Can you still help me as I cannot play Broken Sword 5, it is stuck on signing in whenever I try to load up the game or will my fiance have to ask for help for
me?

You will want to have your fiancee post in the preview forums. While you are waiting, try a full reboot (Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the console for 5 minutes).

Even if that works, still have him report the issue via the console or the preview forums, so that the preview team is aware of it.

Hey, guys! While this thread has some great meaning behind it, a lot of users aren't posting in here, and we'd rather encourage users to make than own threads than pile into something. This way we can have it a bit more organized for us at Support and cater
responses to YOU, not to a group.

Managing my Xbox Live Account on Xbox One forums. This fits better with what you are requesting. Thanks for understanding.
