Preview Dashboard Woes

I recently got a used Xbox and wanted to be a part of the Preview Dashboard so last night I downloaded the app on my console. I registered all was fine. I had a system update (which I assumed was the preview build) and I've had some problems with my kinect
since. The issue I'm running into is when I click on the Preview Dashboard app it sends me to a screen that says Console Registration at the top and underneath that it says Info: "Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account". Therefore
I can't report bugs or do anything inside the Preview Dashboard App. Somebody help me figure this out!

For this issue you should open a post at the preview program forums:

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

 

I don't have access and have no options to quit the program.

 

If you get a message that states that the "group cannot be found" PM a mod so they can grant you access to those parts of the forums. Or wait up to 3 Days if you just registered.

Click the Private Message Icon on any thread post and you should receive a pop up to add subject and description do that click send and click the link above to see the message that you sent to the player.
