preview dashboard registered under a different account

I have bought a second hand xbox and am not able to access the preview dashboard it says that the xbox is registered to it under a different account. could you please unregister the preview dashboard on my xbox. my gamertag is

Xbox Preview Program

In the Xbox One preview program dashboard it says that the console is registered to a different account.

Preview Dashboard registered to different account.

I received an invitation to download and launch the preview Dashboard app. It says console is registered to a different account. I chatted with "Al B" in tech support and he said to post here so preview team can fix it. Al B said he went ahead and registered
the preview dashboard to our console using our serial number but we still get the message that it is registered to a different account. Can you please fix this? My son was so excited to receive the "welcome to preview dashboard" message and now he can't access
it.

Hey lukers,

only the preview team can change registrations for you. The solution is a two step process.

Firstly the main support team will need to spot this message and grant you access to the preview areas of the forums - they do this manually so please be patient - they will post here when they have got you updated.

Second - once they have granted you access you need to post a new thread on the preview Registration Support forum and a member of the preview team will be able to look into it for you. (The link will not work until your forum access is updated!)

Hey there i just want to make sure you have the right gamertag since you mentioned it was your son who had the message in their in box on Xbox one giving them access to the program.

I got a message that group can't be found. I clicked the link given to me by the Microsoft tech during and online chat and ended up here. Can you get me over to the preview forum or get someone to help me out? Thanks.
