Preview Dashboard Registered to Different User

A friend of mine got access to the preview and was trying to invite his friends, but his xbox was not working at the moment. So he came over and we setup his profile to my xbox, then installed the preview
under his name, then did the invites but now it is saying the preview is registered to him even though we deleted his profile after sending the invite. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the dashboard after we took his profile off, but that did not
work. I was sent here from the chat support and I got a reference number, [Mod Removed]

The gamertag shown is my son's. I used my email address but that is his tag/account. Thanks for getting us some help with this.

Can anyone tell me why a mod removed my reference number, but did not answer my question?

 

Because you arent supposed to post private info on forums reference numbers can be usrd to get your name etc

Noone but support can see them anyways

Fyi moderators cannot help in this situation as they arent support staff

You will have to wait for the next dashboard or live update

 

that is odd considering the chat support guy told me to mention my reference number...

Sorry to hear about the issue! Since it looks like you have not been invited into the preview program yet, I have bubbled this to the proper teams to have a look.

In the meantime, I would ask a friend to invite you into the preview program if you wish to be able to participate. I will come back to this thread as soon as I get an update!
