    Preview Dashboard register


    I bought a second hand Xbox ONE in March. Now I received the invite for the Preview Dashboard Program and when

    I try to register, the console is already registered by the previous owner.

    I contacted Microsoft support and they gave me this link: http://forums.xbox.com/msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=33

    GROUP NOT FOUND

    What I do now? How can I solve this problem?

    I want to register for the Dashboard Preview Program, but I haven't the option to register on my Xbox 360 console. Can you please register my console for the Dashboard Preview Programm ? Or who I could register for it ? Please help me, because I like to
    test the previews of the new Dashboard Updates coming out.

    I would set the Xbox back to factory defaults.

    That might work. You're going to lose all of your stuff though if you do.

    Yeah preview is linked to console not gamer tag not a lot you do but get support to unlink your console

    The link you got is for preview forums you can only get in them if your in the preview programme

    If you bought the xbox off a friend you can sign in with there gt and unregister from preview but you would only get in after the next update

    I also have this issue. Live support gave me the link
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx     yet I can't access it to contact Preview for help with my problem. I need to be added to the group to post :c

    In previous dashboard previews putting the hard drive from a console that was registered for the preview into a console that hadn't been registered for the preview would render the console unable to use the live service until the final release of the dashboard.
    Maybe this is the issue here.

    If you bought the xbox off a friend you can sign in with there gt and unregister from preview but you would only get in after the next update
