Preview dashboard . Microphone disconnects party chat from headphones.

Just got the new preview dashboard . If im in a party with headset on people can hear me but I cant hear them . If I disconnect the mic only I can hear them but they cant hear me. hand controller is upto date with its updates .

How to change Party chat to come through TV and Headset??

I've been looking around the internet for awhile now trying to solve this but I have had no luck. Is there a possible way to have your party chat come through your TV speakers but still use the Headset mic?

I'm looking to be able to use headphones to hear the party chat through my monitor but still be able to use a headset microphone (possibly usb microphone?) to talk in party chat and not have to use the kinect.
