    Preview Dashboard MAJOR problem. Need help.


    Since getting the new dashboard, whenever I join a party, my friends cannot hear me. I can hear them, and send voice messages so its not a headset problem. My controller is updated. I have unenrolled in this program and want to know if there is a fix now
    or how long it will take to revert back to the old dashboard.

    I cannot view game clips since the latest update the other day.

    okay I found the report a problem option. But when I click on it it tells me that I'm doing the preview dashboard and it needs an update . I'm not doing the preview dashboard program. it doesn't say anything about reporting any problem it just wants me to
    update the preview program. please help

    After opting out, it can take up to 72 hours for your console to roll back the update.

    I had the new dashboard and it was messing up and not connecting to xbox live so I rolled back and now I can't even play my xbox bc it's keeps freezing and not even wanting to load up at all.

    I can't access the preview app to even opt out of this junkie update.. it says Its for members only. Last time I looked isn't that how you got the update?!

    If you're no longer in the Xbox One Update Preview and you have issues please create your own thread detailing the issue so we can best help you out.

    BLOODxENIGMA, you should be good to go to the access the
    Xbox One Update Preview forums. If you still can't access it, please create a new thread and let us know.
