    Preview Dashboard - Completrly Broken?


    Morning all, as part of the new Xbox one experience preview, I've not encountered many problems till today.

    Nothing at all works, all of the menus on the right are blank with the message "there is nothing to show at the moment bla bla bla"

    The friends list to the left is displaying activity from yesterday and whenever I attempt to launch a game I get the message "do you own this game or app".

    Has anyone else got this problem today?

    Or could it be being a part of the Dashboard preview program?

    You would probably be best to post this in the preview forums, however in the mean time have you tried a hard reset by holding the power button the front of the console to see if that resolves your issue?

    This is a known issue, Xbox Staff is working on a fix as we speak. In the meantime I've heard hard restarting your console, deleting and recovering you profile, turning your profile from online to offline and back online might work temporarily.

    This is not a preview problem. I got out of the preview program after I submitted the above complaints because I hated using the store while it was so broken. This is a current issue with the current update. And not a preview program problem. This should
    not be posted in the preview area, however I agree that there is nothing that you can do to help (which is not a shot). This is a feedback on problems with the latest dashboard update (8/1/16).
