preview dashboard, cant download stick of truth pre order

seems to be a known issue, but nobody can answer as to why....... pre ordered fractured but whole, cannot install the pre order game stick of truth, it gives no option to download anywhere, tried through the app, and online, me and a friend are having the
ssame issue, its not in the ready to install list, doesnt show up on the store....

dont reply with you should recieve a pre order code, because there is no code, its available straight away at pre order.

South Park Stick of Truth

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!
I already reported to the preview dashboard, and through xbox website. No response and still nothing...

I Pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured But Whole and It won't let me download South Park: The Stick Of Truth. My Friend Pre-ordered it and It let him download the game right away. I'm also opted in to the new dashboard via xbox preview program so I think
that might have something to do with it.

whut???? the game was purchased on the new dash, the placeholder for fractured but whole is fine its downloaded no problem, the problem is the pre order incentive is not able to be installed , its out now, its playable now, but on the new dash there is no
option to download install or do whatever ,its just a blank screen
