    Preview Dashboard Black screen


    I have the new dashboard. It was working fine until i turn on my xbox one today. The green loading screen comes up but when it goes to the new dash board its just a black screen. Voice commands pop up and when you say xbox turn off that pops up but. Still
    no new dashboard just a black screen. Can't even play games. Can some one help.

    No that's not normal. Was it the preview registration app you got or the newer preview dashboard app?

    I've no idea why you should have an all black screen though.

    I've no idea why you should have an all black screen though.

    Just as a heads up, the black screen is normal.

    It should be green splash, black screen then dashboard.

    After a system update, the black screen can remain for a few minutes before you see anything.

    Xbox Preview Update stuck - Windows 10 update?

    I'm also getting stuck at a black screen after the update. Twice now I hard rebooted after I let it sit at the black screen for nearly 20 mins. Now my xbox is stuck offline because it needs to update. Can't even check registration status on the preview
    dashboard or opt-out because I need to be signed in. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because this thing is utterly useless without xbox live...

    I'm see a black screen after finishing the update that roll out yesterday August 22 2021, I don't see my dashboard in my xbox, I can see that it logs in but the only I see is a black screen but no dashboard.
