Preview Dashboard app

I am in the Xbox One Preview program, but I didn't get the message with the link to download the Preview Dashboard app, probably because of my privacy settings.

And I am not able to access the Xbox Early Access forum too.

I contacted Support and they told me to post here.

Just had Xbox One console update with no info?

If you're in the preview program, the release notes will be in the preview dashboard app. They don't announce every update publicly.

 

Unregister new Xbox preview

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

 

Sorry to hear it. If you have not received a message with a link to download the preview dashboard app then you are not in the preview program.

The message is received via Live messages only and has nothing to do with your privacy settings. So please be sure to keep an eye on your Live messages for more information on your application.

PS. Phone support has no access to tell who is or is not in the preview program so if they told you that you were they were mistaken.
