Preview dashboard and program is broken

Discus and support Preview dashboard and program is broken in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I literally can't stay in a party for more than 5 minutes.     Preview dashboard and program is broken


    I literally can't stay in a party for more than 5 minutes. Keep getting disconnected from parties and game. My nat type is open I've reset my router but nothing has worked. It all started immediately after I did the update for the preview program to get
    the new dashboard.

    Preview dashboard and program is broken

    This is a known issue, Xbox Staff is working on a fix as we speak. In the meantime I've heard hard restarting your console, deleting and recovering you profile, turning your profile from online to offline and back online might work temporarily.

    This is not a preview problem. I got out of the preview program after I submitted the above complaints because I hated using the store while it was so broken. This is a current issue with the current update. And not a preview program problem. This should
    not be posted in the preview area, however I agree that there is nothing that you can do to help (which is not a shot). This is a feedback on problems with the latest dashboard update (8/1/16).

    Hi mattjuntunen,

    ARK: Survival Evolved launches today (12/16/2015) as part of the Game Preview program which actually has nothing to do with the dashboard preview. It will be available for $34.99 to all users in the Game Preview section of the
    marketplace.

    To reiterate: you do not need to be a member of the dashboard preview program to gain access to ARK; the the Game Preview Program is completely different and does not have a dependency on the preview dashboard group.

    What program are you talking about? If it is the preview program then you would request removal via the preview dashboard on the console
