Preview dash not working! Been part of it for a year! HELP!

Hello, I have been part of the preview dash for about a year and now when I try to accesses it it says "Thank you for joining" "You should get a services message on your xbox one soon"

I have done a hard reset as told to do so by xbox live support and They also said to say that It shows that I have not accepted a invite although I have been part of it.

I am part of the preview dash programme. I got a 350mb update this morning. After this update I get this error message for everything. Now two game saves have been deleted and the hard reset isn't working. This has happened before but only ever after an
update.

I would like to bring forth the PREVIEW XBOX ONE DASHBOARD. Make more than 4 days I clicked on the app asking for the output of this group and nothing happened.

I want to leave the beta preview
dash.

I've used the app and still can
not separate me from the program.

Please, do not want to be part of the
preview dash.
