Preview customer

I'm not able to download a newly purchased game. it starts downloading the game and after a while just stops the installation for no reason. the xbox pops a screen up saying "your disc might be dirty or damaged. try cleaning it, or chooe a different disc.
(0x87e000064)". this is a brand new game and there is nothing wrong with the disc. I am apart of the preview dashboard and the last update has been giving me problems with downloading games and apps. it constantly tries to download hulu which i already have
downloaded and notifies all of the time that the installation has stopped. i need help downloading this game, is there a way to get rid of the new update or opt out of the preview program some how. i just want to play my game i purchased with the xbox live
i purchased and i cant do that without downloading this game. please help thank you.

Preview Program support can be found here: forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx : though it does sound like an OS bug you ran
into. Be sure when this issue occurs to hold your Xbox button on the controller and navigate to Report a problem so it can be addressed with a future update. You can try completely shutting down the Xbox and clearing cache by holding the power button on
the console for 30 seconds or so. Though this isn't guaranteed to work.

If you would like to opt-out of the Preview Program you can do so by loading the Xbox Preview Dashboard app, going to Registration, and selecting Change to remove. This will wipe your console and revert to the latest public OS. Then you'll need to download
ALL your games again.
