    I am having an issue with daily console updates. I have auto update off already and it is still updating. I have been kicked out of 2 games in the middle of the game. Call of duty zombies to be specific. It is a 300 to 400 mb update and because I am not
    wired connection it takes 45 minute to update and apply. I called customer service and was directed here. Is there a way to turn auto updates off. Also when can I safely get out of the preview program without corrupting content. Thank you.

    Hello!

    Preview Program support can be found here: forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx : though it does sound like an OS bug you ran
    into. Be sure when this issue occurs to hold your Xbox button on the controller and navigate to Report a problem so it can be addressed with a future update. You can try completely shutting down the Xbox and clearing cache by holding the power button on
    the console for 30 seconds or so. Though this isn't guaranteed to work.

    If you would like to opt-out of the Preview Program you can do so by loading the Xbox Preview Dashboard app, going to Registration, and selecting Change to remove. This will wipe your console and revert to the latest public OS. Then you'll need to download
    ALL your games again.

    There is a known issue with the current update that games can only be played on consoles that are in the preview program. Once the update is made public, everything should work correctly.
