Preview customer- missing licenses

I purchased borderlands the handsome collection and shadows of Mordor but it says I do not have the license on my account. I called Xbox support and was given a refund to repurchase the games and I did so but now I am having the same problem and I can't
play any of the games because the license is missing. is there a way to reset my profile so I can have my license for the games that I bought because I was a preview member at the time of buying these games.

ever since the last preview update i have been having problems with game license via home console, i have been getting the run around in customer service and have posted this question in the forums please help

You say you were a preview member?

If that's the case any games bought while in the preview are only playable on a console still in the preview program at the moment until the new update is released to the public.

Right.... That makes some sense.... It only appears to effect some games though.... Do you have a link to more information?

Battleborn not working but prison architect does work on my none preview console.

The only place really is the preview forums here
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

but obviously anyone who isn't in the preview program or opted out wont have access to those forums.

hi there first off customer support cannot tell you whether you have access to the preview program or not second you recieved an invite but that doesnt gurantee access to the preview program. If you need to msg miss portia do it thru private message.

Hi Francia,

This did not resync the missing license for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in my game library - purchase for it is within my history along with several coin purchases for the customizations I bought up through the release of Black Ops Cold War. Who do I file a ticket with to either get the game reissued or request a refund for the license purchase of the game title?
