Preview customer 0x80070057

Since the October update for the Preview Program, I haven't been able to play nearly 20 of my 25 games. I have been getting a Xbox 360 error for my Xbox One that says "Something went wrong..." I've also tried deleting a game to see if I could redownlaod
it and play it, but it gave me another error code, 0x80070570, when I tried to install it. This seems to be effecting other apps in the store, when I try to download a free game or a TV app, most don't work. Some do however, and I don't know what sets these
certain apps apart from each other. I was told I needed to wait for the next update do come out, and I did, but it hasn't fixed anything. I do not have the Preview Program App. I don't know how I'm supposed to get it, as it does not show up in the search.
The following is a list of things we tried on the phone to solve it but did not work.

Error Code: 0x80070057 while trying to play a game. Error Code: 0x8007570 while trying to install game after uninstalling the game.

Trouble Shooting Steps Already Done: -Power Cycle -Soft Reset -Changed to energy saving mode -Changed DNS settings -Clear Alt Mac Address -(Have been having this problem for over a month now and has already called Xbox before. I have already done a soft
factory reset with keeping all games and apps but didn't work.)
