Preview build broke Xbox 360 emulation

The disc acts as a key to download a new build of the game that is compatible with Xbox One/Series consoles. Real time emulation of the Xbox 360 is not possible on current hardware.

I don't seem to know where the people who say "no BC" is a deal breaker. Most people (if not all) who want BC have a 360, so why can't you just play your 360 games on your 360? Microsoft can't just copy and paste the 360 architecture to the xbox ONE. Not
only would building an emulator cost us, the consumer, more money but it would also take up HDD space.

Plus I don't trust Microsoft making a good 360 emulator. The Original Xbox emulator was not that good on the 360. There were many bugs on that emulator. Anyone remember the shadow effect on Halo 2?

So tell me what the life expectancy of a 360 is?? Makes me wonder what it is for the new one as well

[/quote] It's one thing having an emulator like Roseta running your old word processing or spreadsheet program and entirely another getting a system like the Xbox One to run a fully fledged 360 game. It's not fair to compare a emulator like Roseta to proper
gaming system emulator.
